That night we got to try some of the Vasque pinchos. They were amazing. Some of them were different flavors than I thought possible- particularly a cream sauce that was really sour, but not in a citric way, and the cream sauce did not seem curdled in any way.
There's also a basilica in San Sebastian. Quite by accident, a couple kids from the program and I went in that night during a choir rehearsal. The sound of the full organ and choir was breathtaking, especially in the setting of the beautiful basilica itself.
The next morning, we attended mass there and finished it off with an art museum.
